Post: Part-time Receptionist & Assistant Administrator
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Hours of work: 25 hours per week:
Post one: 08.45am – 13.45pm Monday to Friday; Post two: 13.15pm – 18.15 pm Monday to Friday
Annual salary: £13,053 (pro rata) plus excellent benefits
LAMDA is seeking an exceptional individual to work in its busy front-of-house reception. The post-holder will be responsible for delivering an efficient and professional reception service for the Academy in addition to providing general administrative support. You will be confident, highly organised with proven administration skills and demonstrate a polite and friendly disposition. Applicants should have empathy with the ethos of LAMDA and a desire to support our students.

Development and Marketing Assistant
Position: Development and Marketing Assistant
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (9:30am-5:30pm), plus occasional evening and weekend work as and when necessary
Annual Salary: £19,000 per annum, plus benefits
Servicing our Fundraising and Alumni department, with occasional duties for the Marketing and Communications department, we are looking to recruit a committed assistant, with an interest in the theatre, proven office experience and an enthusiasm for developing and maintaining office and data management systems. You will be a proactive self-starter, with strong numeracy and organisational skills and the ability to think ahead, as well as to plan and prioritise your workload. The successful candidate will be personable, well-presented, have good communications skills and be able to deal confidently with a broad range of people.
