CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week plus occasional evening and weekend work as and when necessary
ANNUAL SALARY: £19,000 per annum, plus benefits
This is an outstanding opportunity to begin a career in fundraising within a busy Development department. Supporting our Fundraising and Alumni team we are looking to recruit a committed assistant, with an interest in developing a career in arts fundraising, the theatre and an enthusiasm for developing and maintaining data management systems. You will be a proactive self-starter, with strong numeracy and organisational skills and the ability to think ahead, as well as to plan and prioritise your workload.
The role will suit a well organised, proactive person with an interest in the arts, an eye for detail, proven office experience and an enthusiasm for developing and maintaining systems looking to step into a career in arts fundraising. We are looking for someone with strong literacy and organisational skills; the ability to think ahead, support the teams and plan and prioritise their workload. The successful candidate will be personable and well-presented, with good communications skills and the ability to deal confidently with a broad range of people.

An exciting permanent opportunity for a stand alone Payroll Officer has become available. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Payroll Officer to join our busy Finance department. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have a solid background in payroll and have gained substantial experience in Payroll software.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, very close attention to detail, strong administration and an ability to work autonomously. Furthermore, you will need to be able to work accurately under pressure and be able to demonstrate a commitment to achieving high standards.
