Each spring, LAMDA produces an annual showcase of work by its graduating American students (or those eligible to work in the United States) in New York City. This enables the Academy to invite producers, casting directors, agents and other industry professionals to see the students’ work as they embark on their professional careers. This has proved extremely valuable for the students, many of whom have acquired American representation as a result. In addition, the Academy aims to provide regular opportunities for its past and present students to interact and have been particularly successful with the International Alumni Network events in New York.
Auditions for American students wishing to train at LAMDA are held throughout the United States and Canada, generally in the late winter and/or early spring. More specific information, including dates and locations, can be found in the Drama School section.
