Student Scholarships & Bursaries

Every year, LAMDA is able to offer a range of scholarships and bursaries thanks to the tremendous generosity of a wide variety of donors.

The LAMDA Student Scholarship Programme aims to ensure that any talented student is able to take up their place to train at the Academy, regardless of their financial circumstances.

LAMDA bursaries and scholarships vary in size, but some may cover fees and/or up to half of a student’s annual living expenses. All scholarships and bursaries are allocated at the Academy’s discretion and there is no application procedure for support prior to being offered a place.

Our generous scholarship and bursary supporters have the satisfaction of knowing that they are making a direct difference to the lives of students training at the Academy. By providing a bursary or scholarship, our donors give talented students the chance to follow their dreams to become actors, directors, stage managers or theatre technicians.
