Car

Not advised as there is no free parking near LAMDA. At weekends most of the parking meters are free after 1pm. Although there is a car park at Talgarth Road it is for staff and visitors only.

Bicycle

There is space at LAMDA to secure bicycles; but bike theft is rife and a good lock is vital. Be wary of the traffic in London – Talgarth Road is one of the busiest in Europe. Above all be seen! A helmet and good lights are essential, you may also find a mask useful to combat the fumes. It should keep you fit; but remember it is illegal to cycle when drunk and against various bylaws to cycle on the pavement.

Walking

LAMDA is within easy walking distance of Fulham and Hammersmith, (favourite haunts of past students) but, as with cycling, be seen and watch out for the traffic.
