Regus - provider of instant serviced offices - is a rapidly expanding, international operation, which received the Institute of Directors' Award for UK Entrepreneurial Company of 1999. For Regus' annual global conference in Nice, LBP forged a partnership with the company's Head of Training to create a fast-paced learning experience, which actively involved no less than 750 delegates.
A team of actors and directors played out a series of scenes. The scenes dramatised situations which client support and sales people could expect to face on a daily basis. By way of spice and further complexity, the scenarios had to take account of the variety of business styles encountered around the world, and the multi-national nature of the audience.
Finally - in keeping with LBP's philosphy that training should never be a spectator sport - the entire audience was invited to intervene, re-direct and transform the action at will. Delegates unanimously agreed that it was a lively and entertaining experience. Like all the best lessons, what's fun to learn is not forgotten.
