It provides a thorough grounding in methods of freeing the voice and using its full range, and it examines the unspoken body language which can emphasise - or undermine - a message.
Controlling the climate of any presentation is crucial to success, as is the ability to identify exactly what you - as the speaker - want your audience to think and feel.
