Media Training

Don't let your message get mismanaged because you don't know how to manage the media.

This course is designed to enable individuals and companies to take confident control of any media situation. It harnesses personal strengths and pre-empts any possible problems to ensure that whatever the pressure, people can control any interaction with the press and broadcasters. The course is for anyone, in the public or private sector, who may find themselves caught in the glare of the media spotlight.

The course is informal, but structured, with specific attention paid to the particular needs of the participants. The recommended course is three sessions over a three week period, tailored individually, after thorough consultation.

The training is founded on freeing the voice and body and learning stress management techniques. It identifies and then banishes the redundant words, phrases and mannerisms that cloud effective communication. And it puts new-found skills to the test in front of journalists, microphones, cameras and all the paraphernalia of the modern media circus.

Most importantly, the course identifies unique personal attributes that can be exploited to full advantage when the challenge arises.
