HR Assistant

CONTRACT: One year fixed term contract
HOURS OF WORK: Two days a week/14 hours per week
ANNUAL SALARY: £16,250 to £18,800 pro-rata plus excellent benefits 

We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager on all personnel matters. The post holder will have previous administrative experience. Furthermore, s/he will possess good organisational, time management and written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications Manager

CONTRACT: Open-ended, full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
ANNUAL SALARY: £35,000 to £38,000 plus excellent benefits

We are presently seeking a robust Qualifications Manager to join the examinations team. 
You will be an integral member of examinations management team and will be responsible for ensuring that LAMDA’s qualifications and examinations are of high quality, fit for purpose, creative and that they are assessed appropriately against agreed assessment criteria.

With previous experience in teaching and assessment, you will possess strong project management and policy development experience. You will have a strong knowledge of speech and drama qualifications, graded examinations as well as the regulatory framework. Furthermore, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have proven ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
