Examinations Administrator

CONTRACT: Open-ended, Full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
ANNUAL SALARY: £20,000 to £21,930 plus excellent benefits

LAMDA is a regulated awarding organisation (AO) which requires it to comply with strict Conditions of Recognition for developing, delivering, assessing and administering its qualifications and examinations. This role is pivotal to supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Examinations Administrator role involves supporting public and private examination centres who wish to have their Learners examined so that they may achieve a LAMDA qualification. It requires detailed attention to operating procedures and policies to meet customer requests and meeting standards to achieve published Service Level Agreements (SLA). 

The role is office based in LAMDA’s Examinations Department.

We are presently seeking robust Examinations Administrator to join the examinations operations team. The successful candidate will have considerable administrative experience in the education sector and will have highly developed interpersonal, organisation and IT skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential together with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Results Supervisor

CONTRACT: Open-ended, Full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
ANNUAL SALARY: £25,000 plus excellent benefits

We are presently seeking a driven Results Supervisor to join the examinations operations team. This post holder will act as a supervisor for the administrative team in the examinations operations team, in order to meet the department’s operational and business objectives. The successful candidate will have considerable administrative, customer service as well as project management experience. 

The role is office based in LAMDA’s Examinations Department.

You will have outstanding communication and highly developed interpersonal skills.
