Examinations Administrator (part-time)
CONTRACT: Permanent, part-time
HOURS OF WORK: 14 hours (two days a week), Thursday and Friday
ANNUAL SALARY: £20,000-£21,500 pro rata, plus benefits
LAMDA Examinations is an accredited and regulated awarding body offering a range of communication and performance examinations in the UK and globally.
The Examinations Department are seeking a robust Examinations Administrator to join the examinations operations team. The successful candidate will have administrative experience in the education sector and will have highly developed interpersonal, organisation and IT skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential together with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Box Office and Front of House Manager
CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week; evening and weekend work is required for this role
ANNUAL SALARY: £27,000-£28,500 plus benefits
We are seeking a Box Office and Front of House Manager to be responsible for our growing ticketing and front of house operations. S/he will be the first point of contact for our audiences, offering friendly and professional customer service whilst ensuring that Box Office operations, performances and events run safely and smoothly.
This is an exciting time to be joining LAMDA, as we prepare to complete our new building later in the year. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting up the new front-of-house facilities and s/he will form strong working relationships with other departments to ensure that financial targets from ticket sales, bar income and room hires are achieved or exceeded.
This role would suit a hard-working individual with a good knowledge of Box Office systems (ideally Spektrix) and front of house procedures, including bar management, licensing and safety requirements. S/he will have excellent customer care skills and management-level experience of a similar role in an arts organisation, events venue or visitor attraction.

Quality Standards and Compliance Officer
CONTRACT: Full-time, permanent
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week
ANNUAL SALARY: £23,000-£26,000, plus benefits
Working within a very busy awarding organisation department, you will support the Quality Standards and Compliance Manager in managing operational risk, self-evaluation processes and well as compliance checks.
The ideal incumbent will have proven awarding organisation experience and conducted Statement of Compliance/Self-evaluation/Validity audits. You will have strong oral and written communication and proof reading skills. Furthermore, you will have exemplary interpersonal and influencing skills.
